Meet Our Team
Fair Havens is led by a team of pastoral elders who work collaboratively in order to maintain accountability and a sharp focus on what really matters.
As leaders, our first and foremost calling is to love God and desire to please Him. Beyond that, our mission is simple:
Nurturing the Church: We deeply love Christ's church and labor to see every believer flourish in truth and their relationship with Him.
Sharing the Gospel: We long to see our families, friends, colleagues, and local community come to know Christ through His glorious gospel.

Jeff is driven by a singular passion: seeing people far from God discover the life-changing love of Jesus. A true shepherd at heart, he excels at walking alongside others to offer a safe place to grow, heal, and find community. Jeff’s free time is centered on food, fellowship, and family, believing some of the best moments in life happen shared around a table.

He places a high value on building rich relationships, believing that true spiritual growth happens in community. Scott balances his ministry with a commitment to lifelong learning and physical health, and he loves sharing life over great food or experiencing the freedom of the open road on two wheels.

Driven by a heart for service, Nick loves leading others and inviting them into kingdom service alongside him. Viewing his life and ministry through the lens of Jesus as King, Nick uses his God-given gifts of administrative leadership and organizational foresight to build and support communities. He also brings enough technical know-how to the table to affectionately earn the title of the team's "tech guy." When he’s not keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, his time is happily consumed by his four kids, worship ministry, and almost any sport involving a ball—especially soccer.

Driven by Scripture, Matt’s heartbeat is to encourage people in their daily faith walk—living out the principle of faithfulness in the small things while giving God glory for his greatness. In his free time he teams up with his wife to chase down their young boys, heads into the woods for hunting season, and consistently secures his title as the "okayest" guy at whatever sport he's playing.
